Reservation Policy:
- Must be 21 years old.
- All reservations require a 50% deposit.
- A two night
minimum is required for weekends unless we have a last minute opening.
- A 7 night stay is required for week of July 4th.
- Weekly stays are discounted 10%.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- All rates are subject to 11% state and local taxes.
- Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am.
- We do not charge a cleaning fee so please leave your cabin neat and
orderly with all trash in the proper receptacles.
- As owners of Cabin Fever, we will assume no responsibility for loss or
damage to personal belongings, or injury during the rental period.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days advance notice-Deposit is fully refundable less $30 processing
fee per cabin.
- 14 day advance notice-A 50% cancellation fee of total amount will be charged.
- If notified within 14 days of reservation a 100% cancellation fee of
total amount will be charged.
- No-shows, late arrivals or early departures will result in a
non-refundable charge for the full length of reservation.
- All balance charges are payable at check-in by VISA, MasterCard,
Discover, personal checks, cash or travelers check.
Pet
Policy:
Ask about our pet friendly
cabins.
There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per stay.
Adult dogs only. Sorry, no cats.
Please be considerate of our other guests and clean up
after your pets in common areas.
Linens:
Linens are not included (except in Bird's Nest) but
can be provided for $20 for length of stay.
Please let us know in advance.
